Shipping Information & Policy
Shipping on physical orders is a flat rate - $20 CAD in Canada, $30 CAD (approximately $22 USD) outside of Canada.
Digital downloads comprise instant downloads or made-to-order downloads. You can expect a follow-up email or Discord message within 24 hours of ordering. Responses will come during regular business days, except for Tuesdays, weekends, and holidays (national and international). Please check your junk folder if you cannot find any messages.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a ZERO return policy on physical items, except in cases where the item arrives damaged. Provide photo evidence within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
