Welcome To My Realm
My name is Rizza. I am a non-binary writer with 18+ years of experience writing original horror stories and embodying my favourite characters. Outside of writing, I am a published musician, cosplayer, fiancé, and 'parront' to a flock of cockatiels, cats, dogs, and a floppy loppy bunny. I am second-generation Calabrese-Canadian, born and raised in a tourist trap. Writing is what I do best, and I hope to bring your ideas to life!

My Story
From the time Rizza was young, they knew they wanted to do something creative as a career. Writing has always been part of their life as a creative outlet and a way to reach others all over the globe. While they started in the creative space with original horror stories, fanfiction, and roleplay, their desire for greater self-expression motivated them to shift their focus to music composition.
Their high school career largely focused on English, Music (Orchestral and Vocal), and Communication Technology. During their studies, Rizza joined a band and became a performing musician (vocalist, bassist, guitarist, flautist, and songwriter) at the age of 16.
After high school, Rizza took some time to reevaluate their priorities. They were navigating poor health while enhancing their skills in writing, music, and costuming. By sharing their creative work, they built an online social media presence within the cosplay community. Considering the internet landscape at the time, garnering 100k+ impressions for their work was an accomplishment.
Upon revisiting the fundamentals of bass, they wrote a concept album under a self-titled act, releasing an independent demo EP. They were acknowledged for their work and asked to join a three-piece music project. This led to an official EP release, performances as a supporting act and headliner across Ontario, and several publications, including articles, newspapers, TV appearances, and podcasts.

Between the pandemic and their declining physical and mental health, Rizza knew the project would not be feasible long-term. So, they embraced their love for writing by taking their first steps into the online freelancing world. Alongside working on an established platform, they worked for private clients and cultivated a deep insight into their unique needs. Among their achievements, they assisted immigrants and LGBTQIA+ individuals in securing jobs within highly competitive markets. By the end of this venture, they served 500+ unique clients and 40+ returning clients through organic reach.
As of 2023, Rizza has decided to branch out into creative writing and desire to help others better their writing skills. Bringing extensive knowledge of composition and formatting, they meet and exceed client expectations with ease. Highly self-motivated, they desire to push themselves to their full potential through new and exciting opportunities. They prefer to take their limitations in stride, carving out a space for themself in the absence of a 9 to 5 job.
Rizza cites their late grandmother, Deanna, as the driving force behind their creative endeavours.
