Most of us don't have accountability partners. We're bombarded by the concept that YOU are the only one who can make yourself do things. YOU are the only one who can make the changes. YOU are the only one responsible for you. 
 
But for some of us, this simply isn't true. We need that nudge, that encouragement, that non-judging bit of concern that will help us get that extra mile in, even when we least want it. And how many of us even know where to start? There are THOUSANDS of diets and workout plans out there on the internet, just waiting for us to choose--but which do we choose? What's right for us? What's wrong? And who do you turn to in order to find out what you should be doing?
